OJI is a new form of social network - a Massive Open Online Deliberation network (MOOD). Prototype architecture will be developed by Peer to Peer Systems Group at the Technical University of Delft. Prototype specifications to be work-shopped at The Hague. The intention is to trail Alpha version of the software in a closed environment to test the robustness of both the deliberation and technical architecture. This could take the form of serious gaming exercises through rapid prototyping.

Propose: use a problem-oriented approach, where we start understanding the problem from the real world and search for solutions. Instead of the reverse where we try to predict our problems.

We need a learn-by-doing approach, as this has never been done before. Nobody to learn or teach us and we cannot predict our problems with sufficient accuracy.

Bottom-up development, instead of top-down development. This in contrast to Our Vision, which is top-down.
